Refund policy

Digital Services & Custom Work

At Solsacat Studio, all services offered are digital, customized, and made to order.
Because of the nature of our work, refunds are handled differently than physical products.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. General Policy

All sales are final once work has started.

Due to the customized and time-based nature of our services (branding, web design, e-commerce setup, and email marketing), we do not offer refunds for completed work or services already in progress.

By purchasing a service from Solsacat Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus:

  • Any administrative or setup fees already incurred

  • Any strategy, research, or preparation time already completed

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Services Already in Progress

Once a project has started — including but not limited to:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Research

  • Design drafts

  • Wireframes

  • Email flow planning

  • Website setup or configuration

No refunds will be issued, either partial or full.

If a project is paused or canceled by the client after work has begun, any completed work up to that point will be delivered, but no refund will apply.

4. Payment Plans & Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If you are on a payment plan and choose to discontinue the project, all completed work will be delivered, and remaining payments may still be due depending on the project stage and contract terms.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

Our goal is always to deliver high-quality work aligned with your vision.

Each service includes a defined number of revisions, clearly stated in the service description or proposal.
Refunds will not be issued due to creative preference, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction once revisions have been provided.

We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure alignment.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Solsacat Studio is unable to complete the service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us first at sole@solsacat.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate project termination and forfeiture of any remaining work or deliverables.
